Who will be cleaning my home?
A regularly assigned ‘As You Wish’ Home Service Professional will clean your home. All Contractors are insured and bonded Through “As You Wish Cleaning Service” We Guarantee customer satisfaction !

Will I have to sign a contract?
We know we must earn your trust and approval each time we visit your home. That is why As You Wish does not ask you to sign a contract. We depend on open communication and your honest evaluation of our service. We appreciate when you let us know how we can serve you better.

What time will As You Wish be at my home?
Our normal workdays are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. While in most cases it is not possible to give a specific time we will arrive, we will make every effort to meet your needs.

What do I have to do before the cleaning?
The short answer is ‘Nothing’. We do as much or as little as the you want. You let our cleaning professionals know what you want done and we’ll take care of it.

What if something is damaged during the cleaning?
We treat your home with complete care and respect. However, should damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning, As You Wish will make every effort to repair or if necessary, replace the item. When appropriate, insurance claims will be filed.

Am I liable for worker’s compensation, insurance or employment taxes?
Many homeowners are not aware of their personal liability regarding work related injury and social security taxed for independent home-service workers. No need to worry, As You Wish takes care of all this for you.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No. “As You Wish Cleaning Service” uses Shaklee environmentally safe cleaning supplies. However if you have a personal preference to certain product we will be happy to use it providing you provide the product.

Do I need to be home when As You Wish comes?
No you do not need to be home. Whatever is comfortable for you is fine with us. If you are not going to be home, we only ask that you be sure and give us access into the home.

What about holidays or changing a scheduled cleaning visit?
If your scheduled cleaning falls on a major holiday, we will move your cleaning to the next day following the holiday. If you prefer that we come before the holiday just give us a call in advance so that arrangements can be made.

How do I pay for the service?
Most customers find it convenient to simply leave a check in the home, made payable to As You Wish. Payment is made on the day of each cleaning visit.

Should I tip my cleaning professional?
Although tipping is not expected it is greatly appreciated and goes directly to the individual cleaning professional regardless of whether you pay by cash or check.

Does ‘As You Wish’ Cleaning accept credit or debit cards?
Not at this time.
